WHAT I DRAW✦ I draw and design Characters, Fanarts, People, Food, Background etc. in my style (stylized).✦ I do not draw illustrations from references that I don't work on, such as realism, furry, or NSFW. Mild gore is acceptable and I can draw suggestive sexual themes unless it's uncensored.✦ I have every right to decline a commission.✦Style may slightly be different or vary from the samples depending on experiment, improvement, and creative choice.✦ I have all the rights reserved for my artwork. I should be properly credited for my art. I am also allowed to post and add the commissioned work to my Art Archive/Folio, Sheets, and Social Media.✦ The client can't alter, resell, or reproduce my artwork without my permission (it's only permitted for those who bought the commercial license of the artwork). This includes but is not limited to NFTs or Any Crypto Currency. I also strictly prohibited using my art as AI art fodder, stop being cringe.DURING COMMISSION
✦ I appreciate creative freedom.✦ Finished artwork will be sent to the client via Gmail.✦ Do not use or post the preliminary materials and draft I gave beforehand unless permitted.✦ I will not give anything other than my draft until they pay the 50% upfront✦ For OC commissions, please provide clear references. If the clients want a very specific visual, sending photo pegs and references is very much appreciated.✦ I can only do 2 free major revisions with the draft phase. Additional revisions might get charged extra depending on the complexity of the revisions during the rendering and coloring phase.✦ The biggest canvas size I could work on is estimated 3000×3000 px or lower with 300-350 dpi. Size would vary depending on the orientation request or subject.✦ (TAT) Completion time varies (usually 2-3 weeks). I only accept rushed deadlines with extra charges. Let me know if you have a deadline in mind beforehand. If for some reason I need to extend the deadline, the client will be informed.✦ For other art services, we can discuss it through direct message so reach out to me if so.REFUND POLICY✦ Full refund means I shall send back the amount I received after paypal transaction fee deduction (if the client payed prior the commission draft). Full refund would only be valid if I haven't started working on the commission yet so contact me ASAP if the instance occured.✦ Strictly no refund once I've started working on the commission on 20% progress or even after delivering the product.✦ If I am unable to finish the Commission requested due to unpredictable emergencies (health problems, natural disasters, Equipment issues, etc) I will provide a full refund.

COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE

BY PURCHASING THE DELIVERED ARTWORK/S' COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE, I HEREBY AGREE WITH THE following LICENSING TERMS OF AGREEMENT

✦ THIS LICENSE PROVIDES THE CLIENT WITH THE LIMITED RIGHT TO REPRODUCE, PUBLICLY DISPLAY, AND DISTRIBUTE THE ARTWORK ONLY FOR THE AGREED UPON TERMS.✦ If the commissioned artwork is for commercial use (resell as product design, merch, and the like) and not for personal use, the client will be charged extra.✦ I charge at least 70% OF THE ARTWORK'S PRICE for commercial rates but the price may vary on what will be discussed through mail.✦ YOU MAY USE THE PURCHASED ART FOR A PHYSICAL END PRODUCT ONLY DEPENDING ON AGREED COSTING AND LIMITATIONS (REFER TO TOS AND THE FOLLOWING).✦ IMAGES USED FOR ANY PURPOSE NOT DIRECTLY RELATED OUTSIDE OF THOSE TERMS MUST BE WITH THE EXPRESS PERMISSION OF THE ARTIST AND MAY INCLUDE THE PAYMENT OF ADDITIONAL FEES UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED TO IN WRITING.✦THE CLIENT IS PROHIBITED TO CLAIM THE ARTIST'S ARTWORK AS THEIR OWN.✦ THE CLIENT IS PROHIBITED TO ALTER ( EXCEPT FOR SCALING AND FILE TYPE CONVERSION), TRACING, AND/OR RECOLOUR THE ART IN ANY WAY. USING THE ARTIST'S WORK FOR AI ART GENERATOR IS ALSO HIGHLY DISCOURAGED.✦ THE CLIENT IS ALSO PROHIBITED TO USE THE ART ON DIGITAL RESELLLING AND/OR UPLOADED ON ANY PRINT OR PRODUCT FULFILLMENT / PRINT-IN-DEMAND SITES WITHOUT PERMISSION. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO NFTS, ANY CRYPTOCURRENCIES, REDBUBBLE, INPRNT, SHOPEE, LAZADA ETC.]✦ THE COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE OF THE ARTWORK CAN'T BE SHARED UNLESS PERMITTED BY THE ARTIST.✦ NO EXCLUSIVITY OF SERVICES BINDING BETWEEN BOTH PARTIES WILL BE FORMED THROUGH THIS AGREEMENT. THE CLIENT AND THE ARTIST ARE ENTITLED TO PROVIDE AND ACCEPT SERVICES FROM OTHER CLIENTS AND ARTISTS.✦ REMOVING, INFRINGING, AND/OR ALTERING COPYRIGHT CREDIT INFORMATION AND TERMS IS PROHIBITED AND CONSTITUTES A VIOLATION OF THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ACT.
